Add "unpin" button in the new pane for 'related-comments-attachment-audit trails'.

Recently there seems to be an upgrade to the https://connect-pdfmarkup.bentley.com environment, where the new pane for 'related-comments-attachment-audit trails' is by default shown maximized; this is creating blocking the overall view, especially in small laptop screens.

1. Please switch it back to previous version, as by default hidden or only show as small icon on top right position.

2. Add "unpin" button to hide/show the new pane.
