Add Package Attributes to Deliverables Management Distribution Matrix

in the past few months package attributes were added to be able to be added to transmittals, these should also be added to the Deliverables Matrix just as document attributes are able to be set for a given matrix row.

    To clarify this - while Document Attributes are validated against documents when a distribution rule is picked, Package Attributes being able to be set by the distribution rule now that Package Attributes are available would be very valuable add and prevent those from having to be individually selected if desired.
