PDF PhotoPreview in ProjectWise Explorer

Hi, My company has just decomissioned the use of Adobe PDF readers to only use PDF X-change. This doesnt work with Photo Preview pane in ProjectWise Explorer. PW Support team has answered us, and it seems to be intended behaviour.

However, is this something you can implement or give me feedback if there is something PDF X-change team can change to work with ProjectWise Photo Preview?
