Bulk Status Update for Form Instances in InfrastructureCloud (Work Area)

The Problem: In large-scale infrastructure projects, we often deal with hundreds of issues simultaneously. When a batch of clashes is resolved or a site inspection is completed, the Manager or Coordinator is forced to open each instance individually to change its status. This is time-consuming, prone to human error, and creates a bottleneck in project reporting.

Proposed Solution: Implement a "Bulk Edit" or "Multi-select" feature in the Work area grid.

1. Selection: Allow users to select multiple rows using checkboxes.

2. Action: A new "Update Status" button should appear in the top toolbar when multiple items are selected or this could be done by the CSV import.
