Collapsible/Detachable Data Entry Forms in APP Viewer

1. Description of the Current Challenge: Currently, when performing document markups or creating issues within the app viewers, the data entry form (side panel) occupies a fixed portion of the screen. Users often need to navigate, zoom, or query specific properties in the model/drawing to fill in the form accurately. Closing the form to retrieve information often results in losing unsaved data, while keeping it open obstructs the workspace, especially on smaller screens.

2. Proposed Solution: I suggest implementing a "Minimize" or "Collapse" functionality for active forms. Specifically:

• Minimize to Tray: A button to collapse the form into a small floating icon or tab, preserving all entered data.

3. Business Value & Impact:

• Efficiency: Reduces the time spent toggling between the viewer and the form.

• Data Integrity: Minimizes errors caused by users trying to "memorize" information before opening the form.
