Customizable PDF Export Headers and Footers

I would like to request a significant enhancement to the PDF export functionality to allow for customizable headers and footers.

Current State:
As it stands, the header/footer content is system-generated and fixed. We only have the option to enable or disable it entirely. We cannot edit the fields, add custom text, or include company branding.

The Business Need (The "Why"):
This lack of customization presents several challenges for our business workflows:

1. Branding: We cannot add our company logo or adhere to corporate branding standards on documents shared with external clients and partners.

2. Document Control: We are unable to add critical information required for compliance and formal documentation, such as Document Number, Revision Status (e.g., "Draft," "For Approval"), or Confidentiality Notices.

3. Client-Specific Information: We cannot add essential project identifiers like a client's project number or a specific site address, which are often required for official submissions.

4. Clarity: The system often includes internal data (like system IDs) that are confusing to external recipients. We cannot remove this "clutter" to create a cleaner, more professional document.

The Suggestion:
We propose enhancing the PDF export settings to provide a flexible header/footer editor. Ideally, this would allow an administrator to:

• Add custom text fields.

• Insert images (e.g., a company logo).

• Select which system metadata fields to display (e.g., Project Name, Created By, Export Date).

• Control the layout and alignment of these elements (e.g., left, center, right).

The Benefit:
This feature would dramatically improve the professionalism, compliance, and clarity of our exported documents, making the tool more valuable for client-facing and formal processes.
