Ability to copy binding values to related/escalated form

Use case - We are using a primary form to capture through a survey if an inspection task was performed and wheather its compliant. If not, we created a new related compliance form. However, we want to be able to copy some core bidding values to this new form, like work order number, survey question and response, inspector on site, etc. Otherwise, we end up consuming a lot of time in double entries.

The most obvious starting point could be the parent form ID, so that we can look up additional data downstream.
