Form Radio button able to select multi Value

Now, the Radio button only can select one value.
Good if there is a setting for admin to choose multi or one value.

    Hello Indrawan,
    I would recommend you use the "Checkbox" control to accomplish this. You could place them all in a Section/Region to group them together, if wanted.
    By definition Radio Buttons only allow one selection.
