I regularly work with team members that are wanting a view at a specific angle. i currently try to get it as close as possible however, they get fussy if it isnt exact. possibly adding to the viewcube a degrees modifier would work.
In 3D View Properties>Camera, you can adjust the position, direction and field of view - is this what you need or is it something different?
