GLTF export from SYNCHRO and/or LINK

Agility to export to GLTF format via PRO or LINK for use in downstream applications. Specifically, needed for Azure Remote Rendering Service. Ideally, this is an API call from Control to ingest the model. Once ingested, we can see these models on HoloLens at 60fps--no polygon limits.
