Provide new user creation invitation email copy to administrator

While sending email to newly added user, there is no conformation or copy of email received to Administrator who added that user. If user don't get email or email get blocked by their IT there is no way to have evidence of invitation. If Admin can get copy of that email, it would be ideal.
