Remembering the issue form

When creating issues on a document, users often work with the same form type repeatedly. Currently, the form selection resets every time a new issue is created, forcing users to manually re-select the same form over and over. It would greatly improve efficiency if ProjectWise remembered the last form selected for a given document and pre-populated that choice when creating a new issue. This small enhancement would reduce repetitive clicks and streamline the issue-logging workflow, especially on large projects with many issues per document.
