Document review and approval cycles generate a large volume of response codes (e.g., Approved, Approved with Comments, Revise & Resubmit, Rejected, etc. - Terminology used in QGC: RS1,RS2,RS3,RS4, etc). Today, stakeholders often need to manually review transmittals, reports, or spreadsheets to understand document status and identify bottlenecks.
Mapping these response codes directly into Project Insight dashboards would provide real-time visibility of document performance, review trends, and approval status across the project lifecycle.
This enhancement would:
Improve project governance and transparency.

How should it work?
When a document response is issued, the associated response code should automatically be captured and displayed within Project Insight dashboards. All attributes of Transmittals should be mapped in Dashboard.
