Get Link - Scaling/Accessibility Fix

The Get Link dialog currently (through the 26.x version) does not respect Windows accessibility text sizing (Settings > Accessibility > Text Size). When using this accessibility setting at a size other than Default, the Copy button on the dialog is obscured and the window does not resize to accommodate. You can work around this by Ctrl + Scroll as this is an embedded browser; but this is an extra, unnecessary step in the workflow. As this is a Windows accessibility setting, this window scaling should adjust as well.
