Simple Transmittal Process Required for External Parties Receiving Documents/Drawings Only - No Collaboration Process is Required

Our external recipients only need to receive documents/drawings from us (the client). Therefore, all that is required is a portal/folder where all our external recipients can download the documents/drawings that we transmit to them on transmittal, but still acknowledge before downloading the files.

As a client we do from time to time have to issue for example a Purchase Order or Contract to an external organization. Therefore, we need a simple transmittal process that will enable us to create a transmittal, add recipients (external organizations), attach documents to a transmittal and when we hit the “Issue or Send” button that the transmittal package and its contents go directly and only to the “Incoming” transmittal of the Deliverables Management portal – “Outgoing and Drafts” should be disabled or not seen.

All our external organizations need to receive is an email stating that they have received a transmittal package and should click on a link that will open/direct them to the Incoming tab of the Deliverables Management folder, and nothing else.
