Feature Enhancement Request – Recipient Grouping by Discipline in Deliverables Management

We respectfully submit this request for an enhancement to the Deliverables Management module within ProjectWise Infrastructure Cloud. The proposed functionality aims to introduce the capability to automatically populate submittal recipients based on Discipline.

At present, users are required to manually select and add individual recipients to each submittal. This process is labor‑intensive, susceptible to human error, and less efficient for projects involving multiple disciplines and large distribution lists. To address these limitations, we propose the implementation of a discipline‑based grouping mechanism.

Specifically, we recommend the addition of configurable Discipline Attributes within recipient profiles. When creating or managing a submittal, users would have the option to select the applicable Discipline, upon which the system would automatically populate all recipients associated with that Discipline.
