Have ICS for PDF use the Print action association

In PW Cloud renditions the ICS server only gets the latest version of the various OpenX applications installed but we have many projects using different versions and it's inconvenient to have users be aware of the exact version they need to select when using Open With...

Instead Rendition server should use the application assigned to the Print action in the Application definition rather than the Open action. This would allow us to set a specific Open action for the user to use and a more generic Program Class Name for the Print action.
