ProjectWise the Get Link - open folder - additional functionality (PWDI-I-703)

According to submitted idea number PWDI-I-703 other option in address such issue would be, that clicking the link would in first stage opened the folder where the file is and then returned error of not having access. This would at least allow users to be in folder where they can search for the file.
