Can we customize the information balloon with user field values?

The Task and 3D information balloons both already have the possibility to show up to a specified number of User Fields. See Options>Gantt Chart>Information Balloon>Tasks and Options>3D View>Information Balloon>Output information.
If the resource has many many UFs assigned, only the first N will show.
