Ability to transfer comments onto new revisions of the same document

When the client adds review comments to a document, they need to verify that the comment has been addressed in the new revision. The review comments should be able to be transferred to the new revision of the document. Take a look at Bluebeam's Batch Slip tool for how this works for drawings. This would ensure that comments don't get missed or forgotten to close out and keeps the comment in its location relative to the content its addressing.
