Entitlement Auto Assignment

For projects stood up in BIC after mid-March 2026, the previous ability to auto assign the "limited manage" entitlement has been lost, resulting in the need for external users to be invited to the projects first, and then once they accept the invite, an entitlement assigned.

Ideally, an option to allow external invitees to be automatically assigned the lower BIC entitlement on acceptance of their invitation would be appreciated. Currently across multiple projects users are having to have entitlements assigned individually resulting in increased administrative overhead.

2 other extensions of this idea would be that once an external user has been provided an entitlement in our tenant, this entitlement would be automatically allowed across any other project they've been invited to. An alternative would be to allow for the assignment of an entitlement to a BIC project role, and it be assigned when an external user is assigned to that role.
