Dark Mode Toggle for Infrastructure Cloud

Dark mode for ProjectWise Explorer just shipped. It would be good to see a similar toggle for Bentley Infrastructure Cloud. At the moment, I am using a browser extension called "Dark Reader" but because it isn't native, certain UI elements often get obscured by the extension's attempt to invert the default white color scheme.
