I would like to propose a significant enhancement to the PDF export functionality.
The Suggestion:
We request a new export option that allows users to download a form and all its attachments as a single, consolidated PDF file. In this scenario, the attachments (such as images, text files, or even other PDFs) would be appended as subsequent pages after the main form content.
The Use Case:
Currently, when we export a form with attachments, we receive a collection of separate files, often in a ZIP archive. This requires our team to manually merge the form's PDF with each attachment using external software. This process is time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient, especially for forms with many attachments.
For example, when submitting a final inspection report to a client, we need to provide a single, easy-to-read document that includes the inspection form followed by all photographic evidence.
The Benefit:
Improved Efficiency: This feature would eliminate the manual step of combining documents, saving significant time and effort.
Document Integrity: It ensures that the form and its supporting evidence are permanently bound together in a single file, creating a complete and unalterable record.
Professionalism and Usability: Delivering a single, paginated document is more professional and far easier for recipients (like clients or auditors) to review, save, and print.
Thank you for considering this feature. It would greatly streamline our document delivery workflows.
