When creating Groups using Query Builder, users must first select a Class, Model, or Category before filtering by attributes such as metadata or file name.This creates several issues:
• All IFC classes must be explicitly added (e.g. IfcBuildingElementProxy, IfcFlowSegment, etc.)
• Multiple classes cannot be combined in a single rule; they must be added as separate rules using OR logic

The requirement to select a single class before filtering by attributes is intentional — IFC element properties are not necessarily consistent across different IFC classes, and allowing multi-class selection in a single rule would create an inconsistent and potentially confusing experience if properties differ between the selected classes.
While this does require separate lines in the query for each IFC class, it ensures a more consistent and robust output. We'll keep this under consideration but don't plan to change this behaviour in the near term.
