Hi, it would be useful to develop functionality where a control properties like visibility, requirement, values can be changed by scripts independently of whether the control is read only in the form state.
This will allow controls to stay hidden or read-only for the user but can be changed (i.e. value assigned) by scripts. It could be as simple (visually) as having a tick next to the action that says "Override control status" or similar
Hello - please provide access to an example where this isn't working as requested. My testing is showing all control properties are available and function through scripts even if the control is read-only on the form.
