In the Synchro Control tree folder structure, enable the ability to set a prefix for each new ProjectWise connection to improve navigation and user experience.

Hi,

I believe the Synchro Control tree folder structure for ProjectWise connections could be improved from a user-friendly perspective.

Instead of relying only on the PE taxonomy to navigate through the iModel, it would be beneficial to allow prefixes to be set as an additional option. This would enable users to improve navigation in a more intuitive way.

This enhancement could benefit all Bentley users.

    Thank you for this idea. Making the Model Tree display more configurable — including options like prefixing model names to disambiguate similar sources — has been raised before and is already tracked as an open request in our backlog under future consideration. We are closing this one as a duplicate so votes and feedback consolidate against the earlier request.
