Ability to add subtext in Forms Survey Control

Sometimes it's important to provide additional information about the survey or guidance to the user filling it out, without being part of the main question.

    You can do this!
    Once a Survey Control is added to the Form, when you are filling one out, click on the three dots and select "Add Comment"



    You will then have a comment section added to the Survey that is separate from the "explanation" area you can have for each Survey option.
