Have Separate Buttons on Synchro Form for Approve / Void / Reject

Currently there is only 1 button with a drop down to select Approve / Void / Reject - i think it would be valuable to separate and color code these buttons to have a better UI. I have added some sample photos of what it currently looks like vs what my suggestion is.
