Ability to attach multiple selected markups or a grouped markups to an existing form/issue

Currently, we can only assign one markup at a time to a Form. When a sheet has many markups, this becomes a laborious task. I would like to be able to multi-select all my markups and then assign them in one go to a Form. Alternatively, we already have a group button, so enable the ability to assign a Form to a grouped markup.

Also, it would be great if we can have the flag icons in the tool bar for create issue and attach to existing issue.
