Welcome to the New Bentley Infrastructure Cloud IDEAS Portal.

This Ideas Portal is currently focused on ProjectWise, Synchro/Construction, AssetWise & Infrastructure Cloud improvement requests only.

Requests related to other Bentley Infrastructure Cloud products (e.g. AssetWise ALIM, AW Reliabillity, Synchro +) will be handled through their respective idea channels and are not included here at this time.

How prioritisation works

Improvement requests in the New Bentley Infrastructure Cloud IDEAS Portal are prioritised by the community through voting. Please take a moment to review existing ideas and cast your votes on those most important to you.

• Product Manager review will begin once an idea reaches a minimum threshold of 10 or more unique votes.

• Once reviewed, outcomes and direction will be communicated transparently via the status change.

Ideas lifecycle

To keep the Ideas portal focused, relevant, and easy to navigate:

• Ideas that receive little to no community support and have remained open for more than a year may be automatically closed.

• This enables teams to focus on the ideas with the greatest community impact and ensures timely feedback.
