Support syncing schema between servers

As a schema admin I want to be able to make updates to a schema on one server and apply those same updates "automatically" to a corresponding schema on another server.

As a schema admin I want to be able to compare two schema on different servers to detail the differences (if any) between them to audit whether there are update that need to be applied to one.

For example:

Updates made to a schema on a beta server can be applied to a schema on the live server.
