Upload new documents into a saved search targeted at a container

As a user I want to be able to upload new documents into a saved search and for them to be created in the target destination set against the saved search.

Against the saved search specify:

1. The container new documents should be uploaded into

2. The metadata values that should be applied to the new documents (if any)
