OR - Alimweb Identify from document which workflow is subject and which is reference

In ALIM Web 'Review Service' Topic provide a visual indication to identify which workflows have comments related with the document and which workflows the document was added as a reference.

The attached screenshot demonstrates the current state (where it's impossible to distinguish whether the document was only referenced in the workflow or it was under active review).

Ideas to consider: a separate column? an icon? etc.
